How It Works

Step 1: Book Your Date

• Start by contacting us to check availability for your event date.

• To secure your booking, a rental fee of £100 is required along with a £100 refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be returned once the phone is received back in good condition.

• Book a quick call with us to discuss your event details and any specific requirements.

Step 2: Delivery & Setup

• We offer two delivery options:

  1. Postal Delivery: The phone will be securely shipped to you a few days before your event.

  2. In-Person Delivery: Depending on your location, we can deliver the phone directly to your venue and help set it up.

• We’ll provide simple instructions to ensure everything works perfectly on the day.

Step 3: Record Your Memories

• Guests at your event can pick up the phone and leave heartfelt messages, advice, or funny stories.

• The process is easy and fun for everyone involved!

Step 4: Return the Phone

• After your event, return the phone via:

  1. Post: Use the secure packaging we provide to send it back.

  2. In-Person Pickup: Available if we delivered the phone directly.

• Once the phone is returned and checked for any damages, your £100 deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

Step 5: Receive Your Keepsake

• Within 14 days, you’ll receive a USB containing all the recorded messages from your event. This keepsake will be yours to treasure forever!
